601 ha estate located in the Serranía Alta, 45 km from Cuenca. The general relief is of gentle and moderate slopes, except for specific points, which are steeper. A small valley runs through the estate, giving rise to two exposures, mainly sunny and shady.

The estate has no enclaves or easements.

The vegetation is varied, with a predominance of black pine forests, with undergrowth of juniper, heather, gorse, and thyme.  There is an abundance of mixed pine, holm oak and gall oak woods, with heather and rockrose undergrowth. The wooded pastureland is found in the central sector of the estate, with tall junipers.
